From: Esna to Aswan / 6 Days – 5 NightsThis tour runs on Mondays

Day 1 – Monday:
Upon your arrival at Luxor airport / Luxor train station, your tour manager from Luxor And Aswan Travel will meet and assist you, then you will be accompanied by your Egyptologist tour guide for a sightseeing tour in Luxor to visit the Valley of the kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Memnon Colossi and Karnak Temple , then you will be transferred from Luxor to Esna for embarking your Nile Boat where you will be welcomed by the crew on board. 

Overnight in Esna on board your Nile boat.
Meals: Lunch and Dinner

Day 2 – Tuesday:
njoy breakfast at your leisure, sailing to Edfu, arrive around noon time. Visit Edfu Temple by horse carriage, one of the largest and most intact of Egypt’s monuments. Two beautiful granite statues of the Falcon God Horus flank the entrance. After your visit to the temple, either ride or walk through the bazaar, this is an extensive bazaar where you can barter for souvenirs, spices and perfumes. Lunch on Board then continue Sailing till Silsela Hormoheb Temple, Dinner will be served in the grounds of the Temple or in an island or on the upper deck of Boat whilst soaking up the tranquil atmosphere with music to match the mood.

Day 3 – Wednesday:
Breakfast at your leisure, sailing to Kom Ombo Temple, visit to the Greaco Roman Temple Kom Ombo. Enjoy sailing to Aswan and listen to the sounds of the water buffalo as they wade in the shallow water while you will see the Donkeys on the banks of the Nile as they go about their day to day business and the various bird life of the river. Day 4 – Thursday:
Breakfast on Board , then you will enjoy a visit to the Philae Temple, The High Dam with enjoy walking in Aswan Bazzar. Back to the boat to enjoy an amazing evening in Aswan and overnight.

Day 5 – Friday:
Disembarkation after enjoying your breakfast, then you will be transferred to Aswan airport / Aswan train station for final departure.

Day 1:
Upon your arrival at Aswan airport / Train station, you will be met and assisted by your tour manager from Luxor And Aswan Tours, then you will be accompanied by your Egyptologist guide to enjoy a day tour in Aswan where you will visit Philae Temple , The High Dam with enjoy walking in Aswan Bazaar. Later you will be escorted to embark your Dahabiya Nile Boat with enjoying your Lunch on Board. Have a charming sail to Kom Ombo. Arrive to Kom Ombo

Day 2:
Breakfast at your leisure. Here we visit to the Greco Roman Temple at Kom Ombo. The temple building is totally symmetrical with two entrance’s two halls and two sanctuaries dedicated to the Falcon God Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and the Crocodile God Sobek. We set off for the relaxing journey to the temple of Gebel el Silsila, another of our less frequented destinations. You will be amazed as we tie up alongside the Speos of Hormheb. If possible dinner will be served in the grounds of the illuminated temple or on the upper deck whilst soaking up the tranquil atmosphere with music to match the mood.

Day 3:

We will then set sail to an island where we will disembark to get dinner served in the edge of the Nile according to weather status or dinner will be served on Sun Deck. Preparing for our EGYPTIAN EVENING OF FUN, with Egyptian cuisine, Arabic Music . Dress in your bespoke Gallabeyah or belly dancing outfit. we gently sail en-route to Esna.

Day 4:
Disembarkation from your Nile boat in Esna after enjoying your breakfast, then you will be be escorted to Luxor to have a Sightseeing tour to visit the Valley of the kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon and Karnak Temple. Later you will be transferred to Luxor airport or Train station for your final departure.

Tipping for a job well done is customary and highly expected in Egypt though it is not obligatory. Please feel welcomed but not obliged to offer a tip to your service provider

  • Double room accommodates two adults in either a double bed or double bed and can accommodate a child sharing his parents’ room.

We are offering a considerable down payment of just 20% to secure your space on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services and 30% during Christmas, New Year and Easter Holidays. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination. Therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.

In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:

At any time after your booking is confirmed, Ancient Egypt Tours holds a 20% non-refundable deposit

7 days or less before departure, we will retain the 50% payment you have paid in relation to your booking.

We advise all clients to purchase travel insurance in the event that travel is unexpectedly interrupted due to illness. To confirm the booking, the client must pay a deposit of 20% of the total tour price.

Should the reservation be canceled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far beyond the departure date the cancellation is made. To cancel, the Customer must notify the Tour Organizer in writing.

Full payment forfeiture in case of no show

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: 20% of the total tour price (deposit).
  • Cancellation made between 08 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellation made between 04 and 07 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellation made between 0 and 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour price

All Transportation tickets are nonrefundable and there’s also a 5% transaction fee on refunds.

Here, at Ancient Egypt Tours, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values. We offer a very flexible cancellation policy in case the government or the airline issues a NOT TO TRAVEL warning to the designated destination. In the event of this happening, we will refund you the amount paid according to cancellation policy, unless you prefer to keep your payment available for future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards any of the destinations, we operate tours in. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically.

After your tour is confirmed, we will email final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

1. How to issue your visa?

If you are planning to visit Egypt, there are three types of visas that you can apply for: Visa on Arrival, E-Visa, and Free Visa. To obtain a Visa on Arrival that lasts for 30 days, you must be a citizen of one of the eligible countries, have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining, and pay $25 USD in cash at the airport border guard.

To apply for an E-Visa that also lasts for 30 days, you must have a valid passport with at least 8 months remaining, complete the online application, pay the e-visa fee, and print the e-visa to present it to the airport border guard.

If you are one of the lucky ones, you can obtain a free visa that lasts for 90 days.

3. What is the weather during the tour?

The temperature in Egypt varies from 14°C to 37°C. During summer, the temperature is hot but sometimes it becomes cold at night. In winter, the temperature is cool and mild. The average of low temperatures vary from 9.5°C in the wintertime to 23°C in the summertime and the average high temperatures vary from 17°C in the wintertime to 32°C in the summertime. The temperature is moderate all along the coasts.

Arabic is the official language and Most Egyptians, who live in the cities, speak or understand English or at least some English words or phrases. Fewer Egyptians can speak French, Italian, Spanish, and German.
