At Air-Gadgets, we try to implement strict guidelines and policies to secure our customers rights and to facilitate the operations as to deliver the best quality of shopping experience to our clients.

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

When will I receive my order?
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by E-mail/SMS. After successful verification (time frame: within 24 – 72 hours after ordered date), you can expect to receive your order within 2 – 3 business weeks.
At any stage you can track your order status by using the order number in the “Order status” page,
Cancellation of orders will not be applicable after 7 days of ordering the products.

 

Delivery Practices
Air-Gadgets advices all the customers to try out all the products upon delivery and payment. To ensure our customers that their satisfaction is our main priority, our delivery representative will be waiting after every delivery for 30 minutes in a location near you so that if anything is wrong with the products it will be returned right away.

 

Security
1. orders must be delivered to a private addresses, e.g. home or work address. Kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants.

 

 

 Payment and Refunds Policy

 

Payment:
Currently we are offering only one method of payment which is CASH ON DELIVERY and soon we will implement various new payment methods to suit your lifestyle.

 

Refunds:
Cancellation of orders will not be applicable after 7 days of ordering the products
Refunds will be processed after the product has been received and checked (Time frame: 10 – 12 days).
